KSCE hit the waves on April 15, 1989 as a non-commercial service. Its calls signified: Saint Clements Episcopal. Originally planned by Saint Clements Episcopal School, the institution lost its interest in television and it a taken over by Grace Rendall appointed by controlling board of directors. KSCE completed digital transition on June 12, 2009 after shutting its analog signal. Later on, on April 20, 2010, the Christian channel made a request to FCC to restore its analog signal across US-Mexico border but were denied to resume the old transmission in a decision on June 9, 2010.
