The transmitter of the channel is located on Kamiak Butte near Palouse, Washington. KTN is a satellite of the service broadcasting on UHF Ch: 22 in Tri-Cities area with transmitter maintained on Jump Off Joe Butte. The duo is branded as Northwest Public Television and covers north central Idaho, southeastern Washington and Wallowa County, Oregon.
