KFFV-TV owned by Weigel Broadcasting is a channel licensed to Seattle, Washington and serves Tacoma. It is linked with MeTV, Heroes & Icons, Decades and Movies! which it broadcasts on its four digital sub-channels. All four networks are in turn also aired on KVOS-TV based in Bellingham. The studios of the sisters are located on Third Avenue South in Seattle with transmitter maintained on Capitol Hill east of downtown.

History
KFFV initially called KHCV when FCC granted a construction permit to the service on Oct 2, 1989. The channel went on air on Jan 1, 1999 after a number of extensions for its permit and the news call s after ten years were KPST. FUNimation Entertainment owned by Navarre’s on Dec 20, 2006 revealed that it would be airing on its sub-channel KHCV 44-3. The channel then started airing content from GNF Entertainment Network on March 1, 2007; sub-channels used were 44-3 and 44-4 for GNF Game & Music and GNF Movie respectively. Jewelry TV is also carried on the digital UHF Channel-1 and Comcast Ch 15. On oct 15, 2007, AAT Television was assigned space on digital channel 44-3. American One was replaced by Sportsman channel on April 19, 2008 but was later replaced by Korean TV MBC-D.
The calls were changed to KPST on Sep 28, 2009 and the analog KPST went silent on Dec 22, 2009. It resumed broadcasts on Feb 4, 2010. On Nov 15, 2010, the callsign was changed to KFFV and the channel was acquired by OTA Broadcasting on June 30, 2011 at a bankruptcy auction; the deal completed on Oct 12, 2011. WeatherNation joined Ch 44.5 in Jan 2011 but was later replaced by Cozi TV. Weigel Broadcasting on Jan 15, 2018 acquired both KVOS and KFFV. In Jan 2018, Weigel ended the carriage agreements made under the ownership of OTA Broadcasting and came up with the new affiliates.
